Written Guide
Once you've prepared your invoice with all the necessary details, initiate the print command by pressing (Ctrl + P) on Windows or (β + P) on Mac. This will open a Print Preview window.
Important settings to consider are:
Layout: Ensure that the layout is set to 'Portrait'.
Margins: Set margins to 'None'.
Scale: Ensure that the scale is set to 100%.
Options:
Turn on Background graphics. Turning this off will affect the headers of the invoice table.
Turn off Headers and footers to hide the URL and time being printed.
After setting these preferences, click on the 'Save' button to finalize your print settings.
Please note, the 'Save' button will only be visible if your print destination setting is not connected to a Printer.
If a Printer is selected in the Destination dropdown, you will see a 'Print' button instead.

Orientation: Ensure that the layout is set to 'Portrait'.
Scale: Ensure that the scale is set to 100%.
Margins: Set margins to 'None'.
Options:
Turn off Print headers and footers to hide the URL and time being printed.
Turn on Print background graphics. Turning this off will affect the headers of the invoice table.
Finally, click 'Save' to finalize the print settings. Again, this button will only appear as 'Save' if your print destination setting is not connected to a Printer.
If a Printer is selected in the Destination dropdown, the 'Save' button will change to 'Print'.
