Learn how to Customize and Create Invoice PDF in Coincraft.

Video Walkthrough

Written Guide

When you create an invoice in Coincraft, you'll notice a new PDF (Beta) button at the top. Clicking this button allows you to preview your invoice before printing or emailing it to clients.

This preview page displays your logo, project and client information, invoice numbers, due dates, and line items. You'll also see sections for opening and closing notes, as well as a footer.

Customizing your Invoice Template

On the right side of the invoice preview, you'll find editable fields to customize your invoice.

These include:

Logo URL and size: You can change your logo by pasting its URL here. Coincraft doesn't upload logos onto their servers yet so you can use your existing web hosting service or a free image upload service like ImageBB. Adjust your logo size by clicking on the numbers next to it.

Header: You can choose to display the Project Code, Project Name, and Project Address.

Project Address: Input project address details here to have them appear in the top left corner under the project section.

Opening Statement: You can insert specific notes or comments about the invoice here.

Table Columns: Customize the columns in your invoice as per your needs. Note that the amount column is mandatory and cannot be removed. Optional columns include description, quantity, unit price, previously billed amounts, and phase names.

Tax Label: Specify the tax rate applicable to your invoice here.

Closing Statement: This is where you can provide your bank details for the client to deposit funds into.

Footer: Customize the left and right sides of the footer with any additional information.

Printing your Invoice

Once you've made the necessary changes, you can proceed to print your invoice. Use the shortcut [Ctrl + P] for Windows or (⌘ + P) for Mac to open the Print Preview.

Remember, Coincraft will save your template changes for future use, making your next invoice creation more efficient.
