Written Guide
To view the staff reports, navigate to the Staff List page by clicking on the Staff tab. This page functions as a report, allowing you to amend and customize the displayed values.
Customizing Column Display
Customize the columns displayed on your report by clicking on the Edit button > Select columns to display...
In the appearing window, select the desired columns by clicking on their checkbox, then confirm the selection by clicking on the Apply & Close button.
Note: The currently selected columns will be listed on the right side of the window. You can adjust the order of these columns by clicking on the column name and using the arrows above the list to reorder.
After applying these changes, the selected columns with their respective values should now be visible on the table.
Filtering the Report
Enhance your report by applying filters. Click on the +Add Filter button, select a column from the dropdown menu, and input the filter value. You can also set a specific date range for your filter.
To filter the report for a specific staff member, simply type the staff member's name into the search bar.
Saving the Report
To save your custom report, click on the Save button, select Save As, input a name for your report, and then click on Duplicate Report.
Once saved, this report will be available for future use.
Exporting and Printing the Report
If you need a physical copy of the report or wish to manipulate the data further, you can export or print the report. Click on the Export or Print button as required.
Note: All exported files will be in Excel format.
