View all the invoices that you created in Coincraft.

Written Guide

To view your Invoice List, navigate to the Invoices tab and select Invoice List.

This will display a comprehensive list of all your invoices based on any filters you have applied.

Editing and Concealing Filters

In the New Report field, a dropdown menu is available. Clicking Edit will reveal additional filter options.

Selecting Hide will conceal these options, providing a more streamlined view.

Selecting Columns to Display

To curate the data you wish to view, select the 'Choose columns to display...' button located beneath the Report dropdown.

In the ensuing menu, select the checkboxes for the columns you want to display and click 'Apply & Close'. The selected columns will now be listed on the right side of the window.

To rearrange these columns, click on the column name and use the arrow buttons above the list to adjust their order.

The added column should now be visible in the generated report.

Advanced Filtering for In-Depth Analysis

Utilize advanced filtering for a more targeted data view. Click on the '+ Add Filter' button to establish custom conditions for your report.

To remove a filter, click the 'X' button adjacent to the row you wish to remove, then refresh the table.

Saving and Duplicating Filters

Preserve your filters for future use. Click on the 'Save' button, then 'Save' once more.

Enter a name for your report and click 'Save Report'.

This filter will now be available in the 'Report:' dropdown menu.

Duplicating a Filter

To create a copy of a filter, click on the 'Save' button, then 'Save As'.

Input the desired report name and select 'Duplicate Report'.

This action will add a duplicate of your filter to the 'Report:' dropdown menu.

Exporting and Printing a Report

To export or print your report, click on the 'Export' or 'Print' buttons. Please note that exported files will be saved in Excel format.
