To access the new Project Owner dropdown, navigate to the Project Details page. You'll find the Owner dropdown situated at the top right corner.

Filtering Project Reports By Owners

Project Owners can now be used as a filter for viewing Project Reports. To use this feature, follow these steps:

Click on the 'Projects' tab and select 'Projects List'.

Click 'Edit'.

Click '+Add filter', then select 'Project Owner' in the 'filter by' column. From the dropdown, select the name of the Project Owner. This will filter the results displayed in the table below.

Revenue Forecast With Project Owners Filter

The Project Owner filter is also available in the Revenue Forecast section. Click on the 'Forecasts' tab and select 'Revenue Forecast'.

Click the 'Show Filters' button.

Locate the 'Project Owner' dropdown and select a Project Owner name.

By applying these changes, all the tables for the forecast below will be updated.

Using Project Owners Filter in Timesheet Reports

You can also use Project Owners as filters in Timesheet Reports. Click on the 'Timesheets' tab and select 'Timesheet Reports'.

Click 'Edit'.

Click '+Add filter', then select 'Project Owner' in the 'filter by' column. Select the name of the Project Owner from the dropdown. This will filter the results displayed in the table below.

This new feature allows for easier management of larger teams with multiple projects. It offers a straightforward way to filter project reports, revenue forecasts, and timesheet reports by Project Owner.
