Sync your Invoice to your MYOB AccountRight account in Coincraft.

There are two ways to open the settings and sync your invoice to MYOB. After creating your initial Invoice, click on the Sync button located at the top right corner. Proceed to select MYOB AccountRight from the dropdown menu and click on the Connect to MYOB AccountRight button.
This will open your Accounting system settings. You'll be prompted to enter your username and password for your MYOB AccountRight Company File.
Note: This is different username and password from your online MYOB Account login. This is the password required to open your company file.
After clicking Save, you'll be redirected to a new tab, prompting you to log in to MYOB using your login credentials. Click on the Sign In button.
Once you have successfully logged in, a success page will appear.
After closing, you'll be redirected back to the Account system settings page. Select options for all fields and click on Save settings. With settings saved, you can now click on the Sync button.
Resolving Potential Sync Errors
Syncing may sometimes result in error messages.
To sync to MYOB AccountRight, it's crucial that you import MYOB AccountRight's contacts. Start this process by clicking on the '+' sign beside the Addressed To column.

Furthermore, ensure that your Invoice number does not exceed 8 characters in length.
Once your invoice has been edited accordingly, the error will be resolved. You can now click on the Sync button to sync your invoice to MYOB AccountRight.
Viewing Your Invoice in MYOB AccountRight
To view your synced Invoice in MYOB AccountRight, head to your MYOB AccountRight account and navigate to the Sales section. Click on Print/Email Invoices.
Select the Coincraft Invoice you have synced.

And there you have it! Your invoice has been successfully synced to MYOB AccountRight.
