Adjusting the Revenue Forecast and Resource Schedule automatically in Coincraft.

If your forecast graph does not look quite right, you can recalibrate it using the new Auto Adjust feature. This feature takes into account the remaining fee from your projects, subtracting any invoicing you've done, and subsequently redistributes it across the months in which the project phase occurs.

To use this, click on the Auto Adjust button. Once clicked, you will see that the forecast graph has been corrected to a more balanced distribution.

For a more automated approach, you can adjust your settings to automatically recalibrate the revenue forecast and resource schedule. Navigate to the Organisation tab and click on Settings.

In the settings, look for the section with Automatically Adjust Revenue and Resource Schedule. Here, you can set your preferences for automatic adjustments. After setting your preferences, click on Save to apply the changes.

Please note, when automatic adjustment is enabled, the system will constantly override manually entered data to ensure the forecast aligns with the set budget. If you prefer having granular control over your revenue forecast, it's advisable to keep this setting turned off.

This automatic adjustment setting is also applicable for the Resource Schedule. The steps to enable it are identical to those for the Revenue Forecast.

By using these features, you can save time on manual adjustments and gain a general overview of your future revenue. Keep in mind, however, that the auto-adjusted forecast should be used as a guideline and actual figures may vary.
